On Tuesday 11 November 2025, the Applied Mathematics Institute of 4TU (4TU.AMI), together with Fundamental Educational Research in Mathematics at Twente (FERMAT), will host Proof to Practice, a symposium devoted to the teaching and learning of calculus and linear algebra.

The event aims to strengthen connections between published educational research and everyday university teaching practice, fostering a vibrant network for mathematics education.

The programme features an impressive roster of international speakers, including Tracy Craig (University of Twente), Martina Vittorietti (TU Delft), Anthony Cronin (University College Dublin), Gilbert Greefrath (University of Münster), and Sepideh Stewart (University of Oklahoma).
